THE EXPERIENCE

Part One: Bogotá -

Serve and Encourage

Arrive in Bogotá on Thursday and join the Heaven in Business / Hope Directive team as we partner with Negocios del Padre for their two-day conference on Friday and Saturday.

You will not simply sit in the back of the room.

You will help create an atmosphere of encouragement, prayer, connection, and faith-filled activation for local business leaders who are hungry to build with God.

Bogotá includes:

Arrival and team connection
Two-day Negocios del Padre conference
Opportunities to pray, encourage, and serve leaders
Relational connection with Colombian business people
Sunday cultural experience in Bogotá
Team debriefs and guided reflection

Part Two: Armenia - Adventure, Beauty, and Mastermind

After Sunday in Bogotá, we fly to Armenia, Colombia, in the heart of the coffee region. This part of the trip is designed for refreshment, perspective, and deeper connection.

We will experience Colombia’s natural beauty, coffee culture, and world-class eco-tourism while also creating space for intentional mastermind conversations around business, leadership, calling, and Kingdom impact.

Armenia includes:

Andy and Janine are from New Zealand with business backgrounds in agriculture, horticulture, and leadership development. In 2008, with their four children, they left everything to follow the voice of God to USA. This landed them in ministry school then launching Heaven in Business.

They have authored five books and mentored business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives around the world. Their “supernaturally natural” approach - has helped high-capacity leaders hear God clearly, make wise decisions, and build healthy cultures.

As leaders of Heaven in Business and The Hope Directive, they help leaders navigate the messy intersection of faith, family, and business - equipping them to partner with God, build better businesses, and multiply kingdom impact that lasts.

ARIEL & ANDRIA

DIAZ

Ariel and Andria are an entrepreneurial couple with a heavenly vision for business. Together they founded Negocios del Padre, a community that equips Christian business owners to walk with Jesus and bring God’s presence into the workplace.

Their background includes building DF Group, a family of companies including DF Travel, DF Media, and TalentMovers, a recruitment and travel agency serving clients across the United States. Through years of business growth, miracles, provision, and healing, they have learned that business belongs to God.

Together, Ariel and Andria are passionate about activating business leaders to impact their industries with the presence of Jesus and transform entire cities with an eternal vision.
