Welcome to Heaven in Business (“HIB,” “we,” “our”).
Heaven in Business exists to help people partner with God, build better business, and multiply Kingdom impact. Through our content, events, coaching, and community, we create space for growth, connection, and real-world application.
These Terms apply to your use of our website, content, events, programs, and any associated community spaces, whether online or in person.
By accessing this site or participating in our programs, events, or community, you agree to these Terms of Use.
NATURE OF OUR CONTENT
All content, coaching, events, and materials are provided for educational, inspirational, and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
COMMUNITY AND RELATIONSHIPS
Heaven in Business is built on relationship and connection. We intentionally create space for people to meet, collaborate, and grow together.
We seek to invite and engage individuals we believe align with our values, based on relationship, conversation, discernment, reputation, and information available to us at the time. At the same time, we do not have full visibility into every aspect of a person’s life, business, or future actions.
Any relationship, collaboration, or transaction you enter into is ultimately your responsibility. We encourage wisdom, discernment, and appropriate due diligence in all engagements.
You agree not to rely solely on HIB’s platforming of any individual when making business, financial, or relational decisions.
SPEAKERS AND CONTRIBUTORS
We prayerfully and relationally invite speakers, mentors, and contributors we trust and believe will serve the community well.
Being featured on the Heaven in Business platform reflects that trust in the context of their contribution. It does not constitute endorsement, validation, or guarantee of their actions, representations, business practices, or future conduct.
INTEGRITY AND CONDUCT
We are committed to a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
By participating, you agree to:
- Engage truthfully and respectfully
- Not misrepresent yourself or your business
- Not exploit, harm, or mislead others
Heaven in Business retains reasonable discretion to limit or remove participation where behavior undermines trust or harms others. This may include immediate limitation or removal of access where appropriate.
STEWARDSHIP OF TRUST
We take seriously our responsibility to steward the trust of those who engage with Heaven in Business.
This includes responsibility for:
- Who we platform
- The environment we create
- How we respond when issues arise
If we become aware of a situation that could reasonably impact trust or cause harm, we will take it seriously.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable and timely steps to address the situation and protect those connected through our platform. This may include communicating relevant factual information to individuals or groups we discern are impacted or should be informed.
Such communication will be:

Heaven in Business retains reasonable discretion in how it responds and communicates in such situations.

While we take responsibility for stewarding this platform with care, we cannot take responsibility for the personal or business decisions of individuals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven in Business is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of any third party, including speakers or participants.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from relationships, transactions, or decisions made within the community.
MEDIA AND RECORDING
By participating in Heaven in Business events, programs, or community spaces (in-person or online), you understand that such environments may be recorded, photographed, or captured in other media.
Your image, voice, name, and likeness may be included in such recordings.
By participating, you grant Heaven in Business permission to use this content for educational materials, event replays, and marketing or promotional purposes, without expectation of compensation.
We will use discretion and seek to represent participants respectfully and appropriately.
If you have specific concerns regarding media use, you may notify us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, teachings, materials, recordings, downloads, and resources are the property of Heaven in Business (or used with permission).
They are provided for personal use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Share or publish materials publicly
- Use content for commercial purposes
Without prior written permission.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All purchases are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Event registrations and digital products are non-refundable
- Access may be revoked if these Terms are violated
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
DISPUTE POSTURE
We encourage any disagreements to be addressed in a manner consistent with biblical principles of reconciliation, seeking resolution with honesty, humility, and respect wherever possible.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, content, or community constitutes acceptance of any changes.
