Last year, Heaven in Business partnered with Negocios del Padre in Bogotá, and the room was full of hungry, high-capacity business leaders ready to integrate faith, work, wisdom, and the presence of God. The event sold out, leaders were activated, and the momentum has continued growing.
Now we are going back — and we are inviting a small team from the United States to come with us.
This is not a tourist trip with a conference attached.
This is a curated Kingdom business adventure where you will:

THE EXPERIENCE
Part One: Bogotá - Serve and Encourage
Arrive in Bogotá on Thursday and join the Heaven in Business / Hope Directive team as we partner with Negocios del Padre for their two-day conference on Friday and Saturday.
You will not simply sit in the back of the room.
You will help create an atmosphere of encouragement, prayer, connection, and faith-filled activation for local business leaders who are hungry to build with God.
Bogotá includes:
- Arrival and team connection
- Two-day Negocios del Padre conference
- Opportunities to pray, encourage, and serve leaders
- Relational connection with Colombian business people
- Sunday cultural experience in Bogotá
- Team debriefs and guided reflection
Part Two: Armenia - Adventure, Beauty, and Mastermind
After Sunday in Bogotá, we fly to Armenia, Colombia, in the heart of the coffee region. This part of the trip is designed for refreshment, perspective, and deeper connection.
We will experience Colombia’s natural beauty, coffee culture, and world-class eco-tourism while also creating space for intentional mastermind conversations around business, leadership, calling, and Kingdom impact.
Armenia includes:

ANDY & JANINE MASON
Andy and Janine come from the beautiful east coast New Zealand. In 2008 they were praying about their future and heard God say, "Leave everything and go to a new country." That resulted in over a decade with Bethel Church in Redding, CA where they founded and built Heaven in Business.
Andy's background is agriculture, business consultancy and finance. Janine's experience is in horticulture and education. Together they have four powerful young adults and, as of 2026 they call Nashville, Tennessee their home.
