Andy Mason (00:01.149)
Hi everyone, welcome to the conversation. You're listening to Andy Mason and this is the Heaven in Business podcast where we help you navigate the messy intersection of faith, family and business. And today I've got a special guest with me, a good friend, Bill. We call him Coach Bill. Hey Bill.
Coach Bill (00:20.162)
Hi.
Andy Mason (00:21.781)
And he's in Florida. I'm in Nashville, Tennessee. But what we wanna unpack for you is so many Christian business people are busy, but they're not anchored. We have a relationship, sometimes getting information from the word of God, but we don't know how. How do I read the word? How do I apply the word of God? And Revelation, it says, it talks about Jesus and it says, His name is.
the Word of God. John 1 says, it talks about in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, the Word was God. Jesus is the Word of God. And so literally when you engage with the Word of God, you're engaging and interacting and dialoguing with the person of Jesus Christ. So as a business person, how do we do this? How do we learn this? So heads up, number one, I'm gonna unpack the story and interview Bill, because this is someone that for 40 years,
like, gee, that's a lot of years. For 40 years has spent on average two hours a day in the work and he's not a pastor, he's not a seminary guy. This is a businessman that has gone through ups and downs of business, raised a family at the same time that are all alive and that are walking with God. And then he's just had a successful multimillion dollar exit of his water technology company. So we're gonna unpack.
Coach Bill (01:22.157)
You
Andy Mason (01:48.373)
Bill talking to us about scripture and his journey with that. And then we've got an invitation for you. Together, we're gonna host a 30 day rhythm of the word at work of how you literally you can jump on is free. And our goal is to train and equip you in a rhythm of the word of God. So get past me, let's jump on to Bill. So coach Bill, when you look at your life right now,
You walk with God, your marriage, your family, and the business you've just built and exited. What are you most grateful for right now?
Coach Bill (02:27.138)
well, that's a nice easy question up front. That's really simple. There is no question knowing God, and I'm not saying that to try to sound whatever. Nothing else works apart from this intimate knowing God, which fills you with God. That's what makes.
Obviously marriage work, business work, retirement work. I went when Paul said, you know, everything else is rubbish compared to knowing not here, but this gnosko, this to becoming one which fills you with God. I thank God literally and the everyday for that.
Andy Mason (03:21.673)
And I love this answer, but coach Bill, it's not pastor Bill, apostle Bill, prophet Bill. This is coach Bill, the business guy. And we called you coach Bill because of the thing, a great term because all through your life, you have mentored business people, young, old. You're now in a stage where you're doing this even more. But so, I mean, you're talking to me like a seminary trained guy. It's like, no, no, no, no. I'm just trained by the word of God as.
You've engaged with the word of God on a daily basis. And you can talk about this. This is like John 17, that I may know him and this is great. But okay, Bill, let's go back in time. You're now approaching 70. You've built this successful business, multimillion dollar exit, four sons or kids, healthy, growing. And your wife still loves you. She's not like the guy that just built a business and I don't know him. And you're now trying to a ball. Let's not even talk about.
pickleball, but let's just go back, because I want to know the journey. So we do this contemplative guy that would just sit for hours and meditate and then God met with you. Tell us what you were like and probably go back to college age. What was young Bill like?
Coach Bill (04:20.301)
you
Coach Bill (04:38.409)
Yeah, first of all, just for the record, I'm well over 70. But anyway, Bill, since he was like a kid has been this crazy high energy. You know, when you take those personality tests and I'm way up in the task oriented goal oriented when I would play a sport, when I would start a lawn mowing business as a little kid, it was like
My wife laughs and says, Bill, you're like all or nothing in everything. But anyway, that was just me. It was just, I would decide I'm gonna play basketball, I'm gonna box, I'm gonna do this, and I would flat go after it. It was who God made me.
Andy Mason (05:13.321)
Hehehe.
Andy Mason (05:26.833)
Yeah, so there's no such thing as participation. You're at Purdue University. You're studying whatever you were studying. You can tell us that. But you were training for the Olympics. Is that correct? just like, your comment to me, I'm just going to tell everybody, this is the guy that said there's not a single sport that I entered that I didn't say I'm going to win this. So tell us, this is so fun because we're not talking about someone that's sitting back and quietly.
Coach Bill (05:50.05)
Yeah.
Andy Mason (05:55.613)
just want to meditate. No, I'm going to go. I'm not just going to participate. I'm going to win.
Coach Bill (06:01.249)
Yeah, it just was my personality. mean, I was fairly athletic anyway, and I would, you know.
Andy Mason (06:06.451)
Fairly, come on, Bill, not just fairly, you were, what were you aiming for the Olympics and what sport?
Coach Bill (06:13.421)
Inboxing is a heavy way and.
Andy Mason (06:15.401)
And so how good, how good, okay, how good were you?
Coach Bill (06:22.949)
Well, I was good. So my sophomore and junior years at Purdue, I I messed around with boxing a lot, all through high school, had a little gym at my house and a speed bag and a heavy bag, and I would box kind of anybody that would box. And when I got to college, like my sophomore and junior year, I entered this kind of all sport.
thing at Purdue called the multi-tathlon where you play three sports against somebody and anyway, I entered that those two years and was thankful to win it both years. But my senior year was all about boxing. You know, I was trying to get through engineering school, but the senior year was the easiest. So every day I would drive home and in the gym, was about an hour away.
from Purdue and the gym I was training in, a guy named Marvin Johnson, who is the current light heavyweight champion of the world. That's who one of the guys I would train with. I was not as good as him, but the goal was is to go to the Olympic trials. And I later decided not to do that. Frankly, I had a
boxing match, close to Purdue at this arena thing and a bunch of, it got around, the word got around, Purdue people filled this thing. These guys who promoted it thought they hit the jackpot. But anyway, I had become a Christian, this was my senior year, I became a Christian just before my junior year. And I beat this guy up.
I can still see in the locker room. It was just he and I and I was looking through the lockers at him in the mirror. And his face was bloody is nose with broken and I remember. I know it was the Holy Spirit, but I remember thinking what do I have against this guy? And the next day I call the coach up and said I'm not boxing anymore. I'm done.
Coach Bill (08:46.615)
So I stopped boxing. I honestly even stopped watching boxing for a while because the goal was to hurt somebody. And now that I was born again, it just, I love the training. I loved the competition. anyway, so probably too long of an answer, but.
Andy Mason (09:07.249)
No, no, this is great because what we're trying to do is we're trying to work with business people to engage in the Word of God. And nobody can argue with the fact of, this is not someone that's, it's not a particular personality. This is business people training business people how to engage with the Word of God. So just tell us a little bit about, at this stage, I'm assuming the Word of God,
Coach Bill (09:15.179)
Yeah.
Andy Mason (09:33.637)
These three stages, the Word of God was optional, the Word of God was central, and then the Word of God is personal, this personal connection. These three different stages of your life. Stage one, the Word of God's optional. You're studying, tell us about the business, the family side of things, and then at what point, lead us into what happened, which changed your engagement with the Word of God.
Coach Bill (09:53.165)
Thank
Coach Bill (10:00.491)
Yeah, so since my dad and grandfather started a mechanical contracting and engineering business when I was a kid and I was to take that over, I was the oldest son. And so I worked in that business from the time I was a little kid when I wasn't mowing lawns and shoveling snow, I was always doing something entrepreneurial. I was just out there doing stuff.
But when I wasn't doing, I was working at the business and they, my grandfather went to Purdue, studied mechanical engineering. My dad did, so I did. And I was to take this business over. And so when I graduated from Purdue, I was like a horse in the gate, man. I couldn't hardly wait to get at it, to do this was, this was, you know, and I was born again. I was having,
a 15 minute quiet time pretty much every morning. I was fairly disciplined just having been an athlete and so on. It was just my personality. But I would work.
Andy Mason (11:11.089)
And Bill, what did that 15 minutes look like? So just give some context. The Word of God is optional, but you were disciplined. You're a business guy. know, discipline, systems, process. You get that. And high performance, high, high, performance. What did that time with God look like?
Coach Bill (11:20.503)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (11:30.742)
I can tell you exactly what it looked like. I would be somewhere in the Word and it wasn't super organized. I would either be studying a book like the book of John or just, and I would read for 10 or 15 minutes and pray. And at that point, I would be off like a racehorse. I hate to say it, but I did my thing with God.
Andy Mason (11:54.025)
Close the book and go!
Andy Mason (11:59.497)
Check the box.
Coach Bill (12:00.831)
And I checked, yeah, and I was at it.
Andy Mason (12:07.335)
And so you're lined up to take over the family business. Like this is significant. You've got a golden ticket to your future and you've got this internal discipline to go, what changed?
Coach Bill (12:21.929)
as far as spending more time in the Word. Yeah, so God is like unbelievable. think anybody on.
Andy Mason (12:25.565)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (12:34.327)
Very early on after I graduated from college and I started and I got married right away right out of college. And then I started working and I mean like I was set up to be a workaholic. Honestly, I just when I went in something it was 100 miles an hour. Very early on, I'm going to say within months of starting work in the family business.
You know some people God uses dreams in in their life and and they're real and I believe in him, but he typically does not speak to me in dreams, but early on. Within several months of starting work, I had the same dream. What might be called a recurring dream, roughly 30 days in a row, the same dream.
If anyone has ever seen the movie, the Christmas Carol with Scrooge, know, Ebenezer Scrooge, and I think the kid on crutches with Tiny Tim. Anyway, every night for like, first of all, if you know my personality, you know that winning in success was everything. I, every night I would have this dream that
I got to the end of my life like Scrooge. I was very successful, but Andy, had wasted my life and it was too late to do anything about it. gives me the chills even telling you the story. I would wake up, literally sit up in bed. I can remember it in a cold sweat. Night after night after night.
And it's just like God, he gives me these dreams. And then this guy that I didn't know very well. Go ahead.
Andy Mason (14:34.889)
But hang on, just to give some context, you're walking with God, check. I've got my degree, check. I'm married and faithful, check. I'm doing my God time, check. I'm serving, giving, I'm doing all this stuff. I'm following the path. And then I'm now waking up thinking, so I'm on the pathway to win as a good
Coach Bill (14:43.681)
Yes, definitely. Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Coach Bill (14:56.257)
We were tithing early on, right? Yes.
Andy Mason (15:04.934)
American Christian, like you in terms of the American Western Christian, you're reading your Bible like that's that's more than 9%. But you wake up and you wake up for 30 days in a row with the cold sweats. I've wasted my life. I didn't win. Something's wrong. Okay, so continue.
Coach Bill (15:09.675)
Yeah? Yeah, try! Hey! Yeah?
Coach Bill (15:22.465)
That's right. Yeah, so like only God can do Andy, this guy named Don that I hardly knew. I don't even remember exactly how I knew him calls me up. And says, hey, I would like to meet with you kind of mentor you help you grow. In the Lord. Andy.
Without the 30 days of dreams, would not have happened. But just like only God can do, I finished these dreams, this guy calls, and I'm thinking, yes, I'm going to do this.
Andy Mason (15:53.981)
You...
Andy Mason (16:04.849)
Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Now, was he a business guy? Was he a pastor? Was he just a local friend?
Coach Bill (16:14.421)
He was a full-time ministry guy, actually worked with a ministry called the Navigators. And he had been in full-time, he had been an attorney and then he went full-time with the Navigators.
Andy Mason (16:21.289)
Okay, great.
Andy Mason (16:30.995)
Good. OK. And so then you now meet with Don. So, Bill, what was that like the first time you meet? And then tell us what happened that changed everything.
Coach Bill (16:36.077)
Yep.
Coach Bill (16:43.021)
It was odd that this whole thing we would go to Olive Gardens, probably the only thing I could afford and get the unlimited breadsticks and soup or whatever it was. And we would meet there for lunch, which was close to the office and and we would just talk and. Just. It was just frankly weird. I remember the day.
that he asked me if I wanted to walk through the parking lot and pray. And I thought, walk through the parking lot and pray? What? I didn't know people did stuff. But one day at lunch, he looks at me and we were sitting at this little round table and he looks at me and says, Bill, do you have a regular quiet time? Yep. About how much time do you spend? Well, like 10 or 15 minutes every day.
So the guy looks at me and says, Bill, have you ever asked God how long he would like you to spend in the word and with him every morning? I thought, I didn't even know you could ask God questions like that, let alone he would actually answer. So literally he said, would you do that? I said, yes, I mean, I was sincere, especially after these.
Andy Mason (17:58.141)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (18:06.797)
30 days of dream, he probably could have asked me to do anything and I might have done it, you know. That day I asked God in the best way I knew how, how long I should be spending. I asked him twice and as clearly as I'm speaking to you, not audibly, I heard an hour and a half. I couldn't believe
Andy Mason (18:07.497)
30 days, you got pummeled for 30 days.
Andy Mason (18:31.869)
Yeah, not 90 minutes. Wow.
Coach Bill (18:34.253)
90 minutes and he said an hour and a half. I'm thinking So I asked him again because I was thinking God, you know, I'm I got work But I heard it and I knew it was from God
Andy Mason (18:50.195)
Yeah, your relationship with the Word of God didn't start with a passion, it actually came with a conviction. Like God Himself is telling you, spend an hour and a half, but you've got no grit for this. So how did that then begin to be worked out in your life?
Coach Bill (18:59.39)
Coach Bill (19:17.207)
Well, I, the next morning, I set my alarm for almost an hour and a half earlier. And Andy, I can remember the alarm going off, you know, getting up and still being half asleep, moving toward the bathroom and putting my head on the doorframe and falling asleep, standing up.
You know, literally a very spiritual guy, you know, can't wait to get into the word. It improved a little bit, but I knew that I was supposed to do it.
Andy Mason (19:58.109)
Yeah. And so you, you developed like, how did you know even where to start Bill?
Coach Bill (20:07.084)
I just started, I started going to pastors. I mean, I knew I was to spend the time, know, back then there were these little cassette tapes and there was this place close to a Bible study that I started attending called the Christian Tape Library. And I would go and get
tapes and I would read the book of John, the first chapter of John, and then I'd listen to a teaching on John chapter one. I went after it. I knew God was in it and I went after it just because I thought I was supposed to. Not out of passion, frankly.
Andy Mason (20:59.177)
Yeah, yeah, not out of passion, but you had a conviction. It's like Jeremiah that says your word is like a fire in my bones. I grow weary of holding it in. Indeed, I cannot. And I can't not do this. The disciples say, man, I would leave if I could. But you have the words of life. I can't ignore the fact that this is real. This is true. So walk us through how did so the word was was optional. And then it's become central.
And then the word became forged in you, which is through survival. How did the word of God start to inform what you did on a day to day basis in business and in work?
Coach Bill (21:43.905)
Yeah, I would like to say that I just, I mean, it was really impactful studying the word for at least an hour and a half every day. And it ended up being more because I was just getting up early and I started getting into it more and more. But frankly, Andy, it was the fire. business wise, without going into all the details,
Andy Mason (22:03.785)
to a rhythm.
Coach Bill (22:14.454)
They're just fire trials, call them whatever, helped change the soil or my heart so that as the word of God, the seed, hit that soil, it really started bearing more.
Andy Mason (22:34.503)
Yeah. So why you talk about hardship, you mean, can you share the decision to exit the family business and start your own?
Coach Bill (22:48.074)
Yeah. Yeah. So, my grandfather, who he and my dad started the business had died. My uncle and my, and my dad who worked in the business and my aunt who didn't, the three of them basically owned the business. they wanted me to purchase it. we came to a written agreement.
roughly 10 years or so, eight to 10 years after I started in the business and they thought I was ready. We had a written agreement and my dad says, you know, being a family business and it's a legal business, we have to have what he called a rubber stamp board meeting just to confirm everything, even though we have a written agreement. So he said, hey, we're just going to meet at my aunt's house.
Andy Mason (23:40.873)
Yep. Yep.
Coach Bill (23:47.66)
you know, after dinner.
Andy Mason (23:48.157)
You'd raise some, you'd raise some money. So you've got the money ready to go.
Coach Bill (23:51.245)
I had already raised considerable amount of money for the down payment. Yeah, yeah, I had. I had raised a considerable amount of money. It was so much down and then I was going to pay him over quite a few years. So before I left the house to go to my aunt's house, I remember at the at the front door grabbing my wife's hands. For a frankly a token, 30 second prayer, Lord.
If this isn't what you want me to do the rest of my life, just block this. Because I knew, man, once I take this guy's money for the down payment and then I have to pay these guys, there's no like. So I left, went there, we talked, everybody agrees on everything. We break for refreshments. We come back. My aunt's sitting here, my dad's sitting here, my uncle's sitting there, and one of them.
Andy Mason (24:30.493)
Yeah, we took a decade.
Coach Bill (24:50.794)
says just one more provision. You can't share Christ during business hours.
Coach Bill (25:00.168)
Andy, I, as soon as I heard it, it was shocking, quite frankly, but it wasn't at the same time. In other words, it was like, well, God, I prayed that little token prayer and this is your answer. I did not say a word. I stood up, I walked to the front door, got in the closet, got my jacket and left.
Andy Mason (25:27.539)
Wow.
Coach Bill (25:28.498)
I knew this is what I had prepared for literally my whole life. Went to school for, this was the plan, why I studied what I did. And when I was on my way home, I felt completely lost. what am I gonna do with my life?
Andy Mason (25:51.121)
lost. Yeah, what have I just done? Yeah, yeah.
And so what, so ladies and gentlemen, come back tomorrow. No, no, no, tell us more. What happened? And I mean, one of the biggest questions is you're spending, there's eight to 10 years into this, you're spending an hour and a half in the word of God daily, but the word of God did not prevent you from walking through trial, hardship and difficulty. Help us unpack that.
Coach Bill (26:01.932)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (26:24.554)
Yeah, well, there's a reason that verses like James one say consider it all joy when you encounter various trials. Why should the world should I do that? Knowing. That the testing of your faith produces what the Bible calls endurance, the ability to grow and stay connected.
more deeply connected with tougher and tougher stuff. So how does God do that? The same way he did it with Jesus, he learned obedience through the things which he suffered. So in my opinion, not only did God allow it, I believe he engineered it for my good.
Andy Mason (27:14.683)
And so did you believe that in the moment? And then how did you, you got a family to feed. How did you, I mean, we know history now, we can look back and say it was the perfect thing to set up this company that you're gonna eventually sell for multiple millions. But at the time, how did you navigate that? And how did the word of God, what did you read the next day? How did that inform what was going on?
Coach Bill (27:16.396)
Thank you.
Coach Bill (27:43.563)
Yeah, I by the grace of God, I will say that even though I had no idea literally what I was going to do, literally, I, I, there was never like a plan B. This was it. I knew God was in it. He, he did that for me. He let me know that he was in this, but I had no idea. Andy, it,
Andy Mason (28:02.526)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (28:13.936)
I struggled, I went and interviewed with friends to do all kinds of things from cell insurance. I remember going and interviewing with a friend and I was scared to death on the way they interview because I thought this guy respects me. I was on a board of a Christian ministry with him.
I know he's gonna hire me and what if I'm not supposed to do this? I sat across from, this guy was super successful. I sat across from his desk, he looked at me and said, Bill, I don't think you're supposed to be doing this.
Andy Mason (28:56.337)
What do I do then? So how did, how did this company start then?
Coach Bill (29:02.88)
Yeah, so I was actually out to dinner out to lunch with someone and literally. God just when the time is right, the time is right in God spoke to me and told me to start what's called a manufacturers rep business where you take on products I.
basically became a manufacturer's rep, started representing products that were in the area that my family mechanical contracting business worked in. I became pretty successful at that, but one day somebody that I knew from Purdue that I was in engineering school called up and said, hey,
I have a problem Bill and I want you to help me. I know that you represent this piece of equipment. I have that kind of equipment in my plant in the northern part of the state. It was in my territory. The government EPA is going to shut us down because we're using chemicals to treat this. Do you know of a way to keep line scale from forming in this equipment without using salt or chemicals? I said.
Andy Mason (30:00.307)
solve it.
Coach Bill (30:26.55)
So and so Ken, there is no way. He calls me back in 30 days and says, Bill, I am in trouble. This was a big plant. They were draining water to a stream and they were gonna shut his plant down. I began to research this. This was pre-internet, travel around. Again, I go after something, hog wild. I didn't end up solving his problem.
But I became enamored. God just gave me a passion for water treatment. And it wasn't long after that that I literally got out of the rep business and went into this water treatment business.
Andy Mason (31:07.165)
done.
Andy Mason (31:11.003)
And so you keep reading the word of God and lived happily ever after.
Coach Bill (31:14.828)
Oh man, I tell you, you ever try starting a business with no investors? There was no happily anything. You know, let's just put it this way. When the head of the Benevolence Committee from church shows up with somebody else and gives you a $600 check so you can get Christmas gift for your kids, you're not the most successful entrepreneur at church.
Andy Mason (31:22.099)
Yeah.
Andy Mason (31:37.097)
Yeah.
Andy Mason (31:45.129)
I know what that's like to have, mean, we were with my parents, sold their business and we're in a stage and a woman, a praying woman turned up with a trash bag full of groceries. So I know what that's like. I'm thinking where's God? And yet there's somehow, know, you know that you know that, you know, I'm right bang in the word of God, but it doesn't make sense, but something's being forged on the inside of you. Like you said, names.
Coach Bill (31:47.02)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (32:00.109)
Yeah.
Andy Mason (32:14.537)
consider it joy, it doesn't feel joyful, but afterwards, it produces life and grace and hope and peace and things that would have never ever been forged otherwise.
Coach Bill (32:25.202)
Exactly. That's, you know, for some people, it's like they go through a month of trials, six months of trials, maybe a year. Some people have harder heads, I guess, and need a bigger club. But honestly, for years, I went through trials, a lot of them financial and otherwise, but some very fiery stuff. But
I tell people I would do it 100 more times to have what I have, which is Intimacy and truly knowing Him and having the filling of the Holy Spirit.
Andy Mason (33:15.225)
And so over time, you continued to grow in the Word. You just talk about the Word becoming alive. It became more more real, your relationship with the person of God. If people are not familiar with it, check out the little book, Practicing the Presence of God. It's a monk in the 1600s that did this. While he was peeling potatoes and flipping eggs, you did it in a water company, but you had experienced people walking in and.
Coach Bill (33:21.483)
Yes.
Coach Bill (33:30.38)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (33:36.633)
Yeah, that's right.
Andy Mason (33:43.621)
and getting saved, getting healed, getting delivered, but it was through fire that forged it and the word of God, which became this relationship that was central to your life. Bill, we're gonna take what you've learned over the last four decades that's been proven over time and just train people. Give this away as a rhythm.
Coach Bill (33:56.832)
Yeah, that's
Andy Mason (34:09.598)
Tell us about what we're going to do and what we're going to offer people and what they could hope to gain from what we're going to offer them.
Coach Bill (34:17.59)
We're gonna get in the word and I'm gonna teach four days a week. We're gonna have a question and answer session, I think on Friday, but Andy, you're the boss. We're gonna do whatever you say we're gonna do, but that's my understanding of what we're gonna do. And we're gonna get into the word and hopefully a rhythm, hopefully there'll be some revelation and some learning.
Andy Mason (34:34.364)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (34:47.552)
but there's gonna be not just teaching from the word, but I'm gonna use a lot of life stories, things that happen that are real. That's really important and hopefully form a rhythm of spending regular time and most importantly, it's one thing to spend time, it's another thing to connect with God.
That is what we're going for, is to bring the presence and power of God, that anointing that helps draw people ultimately to the Lord to want more.
Andy Mason (35:30.665)
Yeah, and if you're listening and watching this right now and you're saying, the word of God's been optional, but you know, you want the word of God, not just to read the word of God, but to connect with the person of the word of God, His name's Jesus Christ. And you want to know how this rhythm that you get for free and the recordings are gonna be free. So you can access, there's nothing stopping you doing this. And it's not an hour and a half a day, it's only 30 minutes.
which is truly gonna be more 15 to 20 minutes of the Word that will just shape and help you grow from being the Word of God is optional, to the Word of God is central, to the Word of God is being forged inside of you, to the Word becoming fruitful. And then you realize that the Word of God is a relationship. I'm pretty excited about this. If you're listening, I'm gonna do it anyway. It's just gonna be me and Bill and maybe my mom. But hey, shout out to you, mom.
Because for me, I'm gonna share this as well. My journey was a little devotional called Every Day with Jesus that shaped me and started to build a rhythm of the Word of God. I knew I needed it, but I didn't know how. And now the Word of God is just such a core anchor to everything we do and forms our decision, but as a person. So we're post that link below. It's heaveninbusiness.com slash word dash at.
dash work, word at work. You'll find that there. We'll put that link below. Bill, final word, what would you want to say and encourage? And then I'll get you to pray for people.
Coach Bill (37:11.175)
I just...
There is nothing like knowing the Lord and not to say something fearful, but when we all die, the Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ. And I will assure everyone starting with me that when I die and I stand face to face with him, what I'm gonna want
more than anything is to have been pleasing and to have done what he wanted me to do in my life. And I can tell you that is what this 30 days is gonna be about. It's gonna be about having a successful life, which means a successful business, which means...
Andy Mason (38:00.403)
Yeah.
Coach Bill (38:12.351)
that all that stuff only comes through knowing God. So I encourage you to be part of it. I think we're gonna have honestly a great time.
Andy Mason (38:23.357)
I know, me and you are gonna have a great time. And just for people that are not aware, Coach Bill is one of the people that is personally working and mentoring me. And there's some mutual fun and benefit in that, but I'm just so grateful for your life shaping my life, Would you just wrap this up by just praying for the people that are listening that are watching right now, just pray however you sense the Lord leading.
Coach Bill (38:25.643)

Yeah, Father, I thank you for everyone who's watching this and will watch it. Father, we're asking that you would have your way in all of our lives. That's really put a yes in our hearts, Father. I pray blessing and favor as a shield on everyone.
In the name of Jesus, amen.
Andy Mason (39:28.029)
Amen.
