Originally from New Zealand, Andy & Janine followed a clear call in 2008 to “leave everything and go to a new country,” which launched a journey of building faith-driven business communities across the U.S. and beyond.
With a background in agriculture, consulting, and finance, Andy brings practical, prophetic insight to leaders seeking both spiritual and strategic excellence.
Andy and Janine have co-authored five books, most recently Listen Up! Hearing God at Work. They now live in Nashville, TN.

Jay and Michele Ault are business leaders rooted in faith, excellence. Jay is the founder of Onsite Safety, a nationally recognized construction safety company he launched to deliver innovative solutions and raise industry standards.
