Originally from New Zealand, Andy and Janine followed a clear call in 2008 to “leave everything and go to a new country,” which launched a journey of building faith-driven business communities across the U.S. and beyond.
With a background in agriculture, consulting, and finance, Andy brings practical, prophetic insight to leaders seeking both spiritual and strategic excellence.
Andy and Janine have co-authored five books, most recently Listen Up! Hearing God at Work. They now live in Nashville, TN.
Sarah Miles
Sarah Miles is a business leader and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience leading organizations through growth and complexity. She is the founder and CEO of Milestone, a Colorado-based technology firm, partnering with enterprise and public-sector organizations on large-scale strategic and technology initiatives. She also serves in advisory roles with global technology partners.
In addition to Milestone, she owns several businesses, and brings a deeply personal conviction that faith and leadership are meant to be integrated, shaping how leaders steward influence, culture, and Spirit-led strategy.
