Ministry in the City of Harare
For four days, we will serve alongside and engage with leaders in Zimbabwe's capital city.
Together we will:
- Minister with church leaders across Harare
- Gather with business and marketplace leaders through Heaven in Business environments
- Invest into couples and marriages
- Strengthen unity between church and marketplace
- Pray and contend for the spiritual future of the city
- Build authentic, long-term Kingdom relationships
This is a mutual strengthening, not one-way ministry.
We come to listen, to encourage, and to build what God is already doing.
Zimbabwe carries extraordinary resilience, faith, and entrepreneurial strength. These days are about fanning the flame, being shoulder to shoulder with local leaders.

MASON
Andy and Janine are from New Zealand with business backgrounds in agriculture, horticulture, and leadership development. In 2008, together with their four children, they left everything to follow the voice of God to USA. This landed them initially in a ministry school then launched Heaven in Business and the rest is history.
Together, they have authored five books and mentored business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives around the world. They are known for their “supernaturally natural” approach - helping high-capacity leaders hear God clearly, make wise decisions, build healthy cultures, and lead with courage in the realities of business, marriage, family, and legacy.
As leaders of Heaven in Business and The Hope Directive, Andy and Janine help leaders navigate the messy intersection of faith, family, and business - equipping them to partner with God, build better businesses, and multiply kingdom impact that lasts.
TOMMY & RACHEL
DEUSCHLE
Tommy and Rachel Deuschle are a Zimbabwean-American couple raising four children and building at the intersection of faith, media, entrepreneurship, and kingdom leadership.
Tommy is from Zimbabwe, a nation marked by deep economic and social challenges, yet he has consistently found ways to build businesses, produce influential media, and help unite churches across the country. Recognized as one of Zimbabwe’s most influential young leaders, Tommy is an entrepreneur, creator, and pastor. He is the founder of CMEDIA Africa, co-founder of Emerging Ideas, and a leader with Celebrate Ministries Zimbabwe.
Rachel is a creative leader with a deep passion for equipping and training a generation of kingdom culture leaders. Together, Tommy and Rachel bring a unique blend of African and American perspective, entrepreneurial grit, creative communication, and spiritual leadership.

- 3 nights
- Lion encounter safari/predators playground. Highest population of wildlife per square mile in the world, safari, [not for the faint of heart]
