When things go sideways in business, we often blame “spiritual attack.” Sometimes that’s real - we’ve seen it (including a six-year federal lawsuit one leader endured). But most of the time, the pain points are preventable: missed follow-through, weak systems, fuzzy leadership.

This week, I share two real-world examples:
• a founder who vacated leadership (and watched culture drift), and
• a Christian business owner who called it “warfare” while ignoring invoices, emails, and accountability...

and then we unpack a simple 4-box diagnostic to quickly discern what you’re facing: the Lord’s discipline, a stewardship gap, true opposition, or fallout from others, and the right biblical response to each.

If you’re tired of spinning spiritual language while the wheels fall off, this is your wake-up (and step-up).

One of the biggest takeaways from this conversati...
How to Read the Bible as a Business Leader
Most business leaders don’t have a belief problem. They have a “what’s actually leading me” problem. You say Jesus is at the center. You say your business is Kingdom-driven. But if the Word of God isn’t shaping your daily decisions… something else is That’s not a rebuke. That’s clarity. There’s a growing hunger right now for truth. People are leaning back toward the Bible. They’re curious again...
