Why I Wrote My Wife a Card (and You Should Too)

This past weekend, Janine and I celebrated 27 years of marriage, no work, no agenda, just us. But a few months ago, that friendship was tested. I said something careless that revealed an old belief I didn’t know was still there.

So I did something simple but powerful: every week, I started writing her a handwritten card, each one affirming who she is at her core, not just what she does.

Why?
Because your marriage affects everything, your leadership, your clarity in hearing God, your ability to make good decisions. The cost of disconnection or dysfunction is far too high.
