Increasingly over the last few months, I’ve used AI (ChatGPT - the paid version) to help me write, edit, brainstorm, organize, and build everything from curriculum to coaching programs to bible study and a devotional for the next generation.
I just reviewed my usage and here’s a snapshot of the last 61 days:
- Over 280 interactions
- Created blog drafts, case studies, emails, and devotional outlines
- Refined, critiqued and developed a Growth Path for Heaven in Business
- Built a custom digital coach prototype designed to serve business people globally
- Converted testimonies and transcripts into metric-based, practical tools
All with the help of a simple tool: AI.
But before you think AI is the answer to everything—it’s not.
It’s just that: a tool. Used wisely, it multiplies time, sharpens clarity, and extends impact.
Used carelessly, it shortcuts process, bypasses spiritual discernment, and can quietly replace your dependence on God.
So let’s talk about how to use AI with wisdom—and what to watch out for.
5 Ways I Use AI in Heaven in Business
1. To Clarify Ideas Faster
I’ll bring a rough idea—something God has highlighted in prayer—and AI helps shape it into language that connects.

I use AI to create drafts for blogs, case studies, emails, course outlines, podcast summaries, and more. It helps me go from concept to clarity—fast.
3. To Structure Systems
Whether it’s a 30-day devotional, onboarding sequence, or curriculum roadmap, AI helps me build and organize content quickly.
4. To Develop a Coaching Tool
We’re building a biblically grounded GPT coach. AI helps structure the content, apply boundaries, and build in accountability. AND I set in place some red flags to prevent misuse.

What NOT to Do with AI
Don’t Use It to Replace Hearing God
AI can simulate insight. It cannot hear the Holy Spirit for you. Use it after you’ve listened to God—not instead of.
Don’t Over-Rely on It to Think for You
AI is fast, but you still need to think, wrestle, discern. Use it to sharpen your thoughts, not short-circuit them.
Don’t Copy and Paste Without Discernment
AI doesn’t always get things right - actually, biblically, or theologically. Always filter what it gives you through scripture and trusted counsel.
Don’t Let It Shape Your Voice
Your voice is your authority. Don’t let AI flatten it. Train it to serve your message - not replace it.
Don’t Forget Who You’re Partnering With
This isn’t just about working faster. It’s about building what God is breathing on. Keep your heart aligned and your ears tuned to Him.
