Kingdom Business in Action: What God is doing in Colombia

I just got back from Bogotá, Colombia - not the one in Tennessee, the one in Latin America. It’s beautiful, vibrant, a little wild, and absolutely full of God at work.

This wasn’t a vacation. This was a kingdom assignment. What we experienced there wasn’t just exciting, it was confirmation that what God is doing through business leaders isn’t confined to the U.S. It’s multiplying across the globe.

Why Colombia?

Groundbreaking Connections

This trip came together through divine strategy. Friends of ours, Ariel and Andria Diaz, sensed God tell them to move their staffing business to Colombia with their five (now six!) children. At the same time, a local leader named Juan Pablo, who’d read God With You at Work years earlier, reached out with a desire to go deeper. That spark turned into a fully sold-out workshop within 48 hours of launching. Yes, 48 hours!

The Workshop: Negocios del Padre, Bogota, Colombia

We met at a university in Bogotá. Leaders from every sector showed up, university presidents, attorneys, traders. We taught:

Kingdom foundations in business

Hearing God at work

Navigating adversity

Real stories and team-culture strategies from Andria and Ariel's own company

We ended by activating everyone to pray for one another and listen to God. The presence of God was tangible - some weeping, all laughing, everyone, including us, deeply impacted.

Stories That Stir Your Spirit

Juan Pablo, a corporate litigation attorney, used to be buried under stress. But after reading God With You at Work (Order Here), he started listening for God in everyday decisions. Over time, peace replaced pressure. His business transformed financially and spiritually. He now filters clients not just by profit but by ethics and alignment with the Holy Spirit.
