We’ve been using this phrase for a while now: “Multiply Kingdom impact.” But let’s be honest—what does that actually mean? Because if you don’t define success, you can spend years building something impressive… and still miss what God is actually asking you to build.

So let’s start here:

Kingdom business looks like something.

It’s not just language.
It’s not just intention.
It’s not just a conference experience.

It shows up in your decisions, relationships, leadership, responses under pressure, and the way you carry yourself when no one is watching.

Hold Up the Mirror

Before we talk about scaling, multiplying, or expanding—we start with alignment. Not your strategy. Not your systems. Your heart. The question is simple:

  • What in my life is aligned?
  • What is not aligned?
  • What needs to be realigned?

Because here’s the truth: The biggest limitation in your business is not your market—it’s you. And that’s actually good news.

You Know It’s Kingdom When…

At the conference, we asked people to finish this sentence: “You know you’re operating a Kingdom business when…” Here’s what came back:

  • There’s righteousness, peace, and joy in the business
  • The Holy Spirit calls the shots
  • Lives are being changed
  • I’m no longer under the illusion that I’m in control
  • I’m walking in obedience

That’s a very different definition than things like revenue growth, brand visibility, or operational efficiency. Those things matter—but they’re not the measure.

It’s Not a Formula

Let me tell you what Kingdom business actually looks like. It looks like losing 5 acres… then gaining 20… then having to pivot again. It looks like saying no to 50% of your revenue because it violates your convictions. It looks like getting stuck in inconvenient situations that turn into divine opportunities. It looks like walking through hardship that God later redeems.

In other words: It’s not a kingdom business, it’s day-by-day Kingdom decisions. And sometimes those decisions don’t look impressive in the moment.

Let’s Break the Illusion

Somewhere along the way, we’ve picked up this idea that Kingdom business means:

  • everything works out
  • cash flow is always strong
  • your family is always thriving
  • everyone agrees with you
  • and God answers your prayers instantly

That’s not Kingdom. That’s comfort.

And if you build your expectation around comfort, you’ll get disoriented the moment pressure hits.

What Scripture Actually Shows Us

Look at the pattern:

  • Daniel — 10x wisdom in a hostile culture
  • John the Baptist — favor that made no sense
  • Jesus — provision, power… and also rejection, betrayal, and the cross

And then Jesus says: “The least in the Kingdom is greater than these.” So what’s the standard? Not survival. Not mediocrity. It's supernatural wisdom, supernatural favor, and a life that reflects the King.

Kingdom Without the King

Here’s where it gets real. You can apply Kingdom principles—generosity, honesty, excellence—and they will work. For a while. But if your heart is not anchored in relationship with Jesus it becomes performance, it becomes self-driven, and eventually… it breaks down. What rules your heart will always govern your life.

The Mirror Exercise (Do This)

Take 5 minutes and assess yourself compared to 12 months ago:

  • Friendship with God — less, same, or more?
  • Obedience — less, same, or more?
  • Hearing His voice — less, same, or more?
  • Joy regardless of circumstance — less, same, or more?
  • Loving others well — less, same, or more?
  • Risk and faith — less, same, or more?
  • Demonstration of God’s power — less, same, or more?
  • Presence with those closest to you — less, same, or more?

Be honest. No comparison. Just you. The Most Important Question Now pause. Put your hand on your heart and ask:

“Holy Spirit, what do I need to know right now?”

Write down the first thing that comes. Don’t overthink it. Don’t filter it. That’s your starting point. Let Yourself Be Provoked I’ve had conversations recently that make me uncomfortable. But it’s good discomfort. Because it’s provoking:

  • faith
  • obedience
  • risk
  • love

And if all we ever do is encourage you without provoking you… we’ve failed you.

What Would You Do If…

I’ve been sitting with this question:

If I fully believed I was fully loved by God… what would I do?

Not theoretically. Practically. What would you stop doing? What would you start doing? What would you risk? What would you release? Because that’s where Kingdom begins.

Your Next Steps

  1. Do the Activation Don’t just read this—do the mirror exercise and ask the question:

“Holy Spirit, what do I need to know?”

  1. Go Deeper—Grab the full conference recordings and sit with this content again. Not for information—but for transformation Heaveninbusiness.com/2026replay
  1. Process in Community—Find 2–3 people and walk through this together.

Ask:

  • What is God highlighting for you?
  • Where are you out of alignment?
  • What are you going to do about it?
  • Because growth doesn’t happen in isolation.

Final Thought

Kingdom business is not about building something impressive for God. It’s about becoming someone aligned with Him. And from that place…everything else flows. Kingdom business looks like something.
The question is—what does it look like in you?
